Summer Cult played a super fun show as a two piece in Earlville, NY at The Barn on Devil's night 2010. The full set is as follows. It was pretty short because it actually was in a barn and it was REALLY COLD

Honeychild and Chernesky
We had a great show on the 13th of August with Horse Feathers and Auld Lang Syne. Here is us playing the song "Honeychild" that night.
Much PBR was imbibed and good conversation was had with Sam Cooper, Andy from the blog Tympanogram and The Great Chernesky! And in good news, Chernesky has agreed to play our next show. So, September 4th at the Boulder Coffee Company in downtown Rochester, NY, Summer Cult and The Great Chernesky shall be making rock (in an acoustic, folky sort of way). The show is free, all ages (21+ to drink) and everyone should attend. Hope to see you there.

the Bio nonsense
We are the Summer Cult. We are music. we want to rock you. here is our bio.
Summer Cult is a Folk Rock/Alt Country group from New York state dedicated to the art of songwriting and making good music. They are not so much a band but more a collective of musicians who make music in the folk tradition filtered through the lens of hard rock, punk, hardcore and other modern genres, along side their friends and anyone else who might like to play music with them. Among Summer Cult's influences are The Band, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Ryan Adams and Elliott Smith. The core of the group is made up of singer/guitarists Nathan Curtis and Dylan J Suttles, singer Marissa Mae and drummer Steven Lowe.
